Welcome to StarS3ason, LLC! We are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products and remote/in-person services to our customers. Please read our policy carefully, as it covers important details about your purchases, our services, and our no-refund, no-return policy.
1. Digital Products & Remote Services
- Instant Access to Digital Products: All digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive your download link.
- No Refunds for Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products once the transaction is complete. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before purchasing.
- Remote Services: All services are provided remotely (e.g., via email, video call, or other digital means) or in-person. Service delivery will occur according to the agreed timeline after payment is received.
- No Refunds for Services: We do not offer refunds for any completed or in-progress work. Cancellations can only be made prior to the scheduled start time, as detailed below.
2. Shipping Policy (For Physical Products, If Applicable)
While most of our offerings are digital or service-based, for any physical products you purchase, the following applies:
- Processing Time: All physical product orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Times:
- Domestic Orders: 5-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the product.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to follow your package’s journey.
- Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be processed once the transaction is complete.
- Remote and In-person Services:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
- No Refunds for Services: Once a remote/in-person service has begun or is completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome.
- Physical Products: We accept cancellations of physical product orders within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be offered.
