By accessing or using the services provided by StarS3ason, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or engaging with our site and services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use this website or our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By using StarS3ason, LLC's website or purchasing our digital products and/or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.


2. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to change, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our site or services after changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

 

3. Account Registration and Security

In order to purchase products or services from StarS3ason, LLC, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorize those activities.

If you believe your account has been compromised or there is unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.


4. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use StarS3ason, LLC's website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the website or services for any activity that:

  • Violates any local, state, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Impersonates another person or entity, or falsifies your identity.
  • Distributes any harmful, disruptive, or malicious content, including malware, spyware, or viruses.


5. Services (Remote and In-Person)

StarS3ason, LLC offers both remote services (e.g., digital consultations, virtual meetings) and in-person services (e.g., on-site consultations, workshops, training sessions). The following terms apply to both types of services:

  • Remote Services: These are services provided via digital platforms (e.g., email, video calls, etc.) and are subject to delivery timelines specified at the time of booking.
  • In-Person Services: These services are delivered at a physical location, and scheduling will be based on mutual availability. Travel fees or expenses may apply, depending on location.

No Refunds for Services: Once a service (whether remote or in-person) has been booked and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.

Cancellations:

  • For in-person services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.
  • For remote services, cancellations must also be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If the service has already been initiated, no refund will be provided.


6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in full at the time of purchase. 
  • No Returns or Refunds: Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for digital products or services, except where required by law or as stated above under service cancellation policies.


7. Delivery of Products and Services

  • Digital Products: Digital products will be made available for immediate download after payment is processed. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct for delivery.
  • Remote Services: Services will be delivered remotely via email according to the timeline specified at the time of booking.
  • In-Person Services: In-person services will be delivered at the location agreed upon during the booking process. Additional details (e.g., location, time, travel arrangements) will be provided before the appointment.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the StarS3ason, LLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital products, and software, are the property of StarS3ason, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our digital products and services for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the terms provided. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any part of the content without prior written consent from StarS3ason, LLC.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the digital products or services.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.


10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the digital products, services, or your use of our website, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.

If informal negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration/mediation in Gila County under the rules of the State of Arizona, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) will be binding. You waive any rights to a jury trial in connection with any dispute.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StarS3ason, LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our digital products, services, or website.

This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from the inability to access or use our products or services, errors, bugs, or interruptions in service.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StarS3ason, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of the rights of any third party.

 

13. Force Majeure

StarS3ason, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, technical failures, or government actions.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Gila County for any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.

 


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
